Territory


This territory has been strategically designed to allow strong account coverage and relationship management without being overstretched. The role would ideally suit someone based in South Brisbane, with the territory covering North Gold Coast through South Brisbane, up to the Gateway Motorway, and across to Toowoomba.


You’ll be supported by an established national sales team, with other representatives managing areas further north and south — allowing you to focus purely on developing and servicing customers within your own dedicated territory.




The Role


As the key brand representative in Brisbane, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships predominantly with kitchen retailers and trade contractors including cabinet makers, joiners, and stone masons.


This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role where you’ll work closely with customers to provide tailored product solutions, drive repeat business, and grow brand presence across the market.


You’ll receive comprehensive product training and ongoing support — but success in this role comes from your energy, presentation, and ability to build strong long-term partnerships within the industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the brand ambassador to kitchen retailers and trade contractors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cabinet makers, joiners, and stone masons
  • Present premium surface solutions with confidence and credibility
  • Identify new opportunities and grow market share through strategic account management

About You


You’re commercially savvy, well-presented, and passionate about the building and renovation industry. You enjoy developing strong customer relationships and take pride in delivering exceptional service and support.



  • Required Skills and Experience:Proven experience in building products or trade sales
  • Existing relationships within the kitchen, cabinetry, joinery, stone, or renovation market
  • Experience within stone, surfaces, or decorative interior products (highly regarded)
  • Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • High energy, self-motivated, and driven to build a long-term career
