They sell to the premium residential construction market and your job is to set meetings with their established client base, sell high end French oak flooring, manage the project and fitout process and deliver world class customer service.

The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager your primary responsibility is to maintain and develop key clients in the Sydney area. These will consist of Architects, Designers, Builders & End-users. You will inherit existing Tier 1 company accounts to drive sales opportunities and build your personal brand in the Building, Construction & Design industry.
This role requires a passionate, high performing, driven and exceptionally well-presented individual that can multi-task and operate in a high-performance environment. This role will see you on the road visiting clients as well as hosting them in their luxurious showroom.
No two days are the same and you will work closely with your colleagues to cross collaborate and celebrate the small and big wins together!
Skills & Experience
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills and experience.
- Strong presentation skills with an ambitious & outgoing personality
- Experience in a structured sales environment is a must
- Proven track record in sales and overachieving targets
- High degree of energy and self-motivation
- Someone from a luxury product, real estate, B2B Or SaaS sales background.
