The Role
As the Melbourne-based Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of the territory, working across both the architecture & design community (60–70%) and joinery/trade sector (30–40%).
This is a true end-to-end role, where you’ll influence projects at concept stage, provide quotes, and ensure smooth delivery through to installation.
You’ll be trusted with autonomy, supported remotely, and given the platform to grow the brand locally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the brand ambassador across Melbourne
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, and joiners
- Drive product specifications across hospitality, residential, and commercial projects
- Prepare and manage project quotations
- Understand joinery requirements and provide practical, buildable solutions
- Track projects from concept through to installation
- Identify new opportunities and grow market share through proactive business development
- Utilise Hubspot CRM to adequately record and track activity
About You
You’re a well-rounded sales professional who is equally comfortable presenting to architects and working with trades on practical project outcomes.
You understand the importance of both design influence and delivery, and you take pride in managing projects from start to finish.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in building products, surfaces, or decorative materials
- Ability to engage both A&D professionals and trades
- Strong understanding of project flow from design through to installation
- Confident preparing quotes and managing project details
- Existing relationships within architecture, design, or joinery networks (advantageous)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Autonomy to own and grow the Melbourne market
- Represent a premium, internationally backed product range
- Work across high-end hospitality, residential, and commercial projects
