Join our client’s dynamic team where precision and customer-centricity define their approach. As a key member, you'll manage customer orders with efficiency, offering swift resolutions to inquiries on products, stock availability, pricing, lead times, and delivery logistics.

Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to our clients’ customers. Proactively engaging with current and prospective clients, you'll anticipate their evolving business needs, fostering lasting relationships built on trust and insight.

Your role extends beyond customer service to encompass sales support, administrative tasks, and a deepening understanding of market trends and product knowledge.

Standard office hours (Mon-Fri) in the Sydney Head Office in Wetherill Park. On-site parking is available.


$75,000 - $85,000 Base + Super 

Skills & Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Outstanding organisational and admin skills.
  • Strong communication both written and verbal.
  • Experience within the construction/manufacturing/building space is highly desired.
  • Computer literate with intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business-related tools.
  • A natural ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be a team player with strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Experience in sales support and/or logistics is highly desired.
