Role
This is a pivotal, showroom-based sales role with a focus on premium office furniture solutions—across both residential home offices and commercial fit-outs. You’ll work closely with retail customers, interior designers, and business clients to provide expert product advice, scope needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
With active accounts, warm inbound leads, and strong repeat business from day one, you’ll have everything you need to hit the ground running. You’ll also play a key role in growing the customer base, leveraging existing relationships and targeting new opportunities in the commercial and designer space.
This isn’t transactional sales—it’s about providing high-quality, high-impact solutions that support how people work. You'll consult, collaborate, and contribute to projects that transform environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your Adelaide-based portfolio of retail clients, designers, and commercial customers
- Lead showroom consultations and provide expert advice on premium office furniture solutions
- Convert inbound leads into lasting client relationships and repeat business
- Target new and existing clients across SMEs, commercial end users, and designers
- Work closely with internal logistics and project teams to coordinate seamless delivery and installation
- Stay up to date with new product ranges, industry trends, and fit-out innovations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular reporting on pipeline and performance
- Attend site visits and client meetings as needed (mostly metro, occasional regional travel)
- Experience in B2B sales—ideally in office furniture, interiors, or building products
- Proven ability to manage accounts, close deals, and build long-term relationships
- Understanding of the fit-out process and ability to interpret client briefs
- Strong communication and showroom presentation skills
- Organised, commercially minded, and confident juggling multiple projects
- CRM experience (Salesforce or similar) and a proactive approach to pipeline management
- A high level of energy, initiative, and customer service mindset
- Current driver’s licence and ability to travel within SA
- A passion for design-led spaces and delivering solutions that make a difference
