Role


This newly created position has fantastic scope for growth and rarely comes across our desks. This position is vital in achieving our client’s business gaols and go to market strategy.


This will see you directly influence the business, develop, and execute sales strategies for specific sectors to meet revenue targets, support the sales team's success, and enhance customer experiences.


You will create sector-specific sales plans, defining success metrics, monitoring sales capacity, and implementing programs and tools for effective sales execution.


Additionally, the Sales Enablement Manager will promote cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and the integration of AI to optimise sales performance and achieve strategic growth of the B2B / Trade sector across the business.



Skills & Experience


To be successful for this position you must have the following:


  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams within the building materials, trade or B2B sector.
  • Salesforce, SalesCloud & Sprint based pipeline / agile project management / pipeline reporting experience is highly desired for this position. 
  • Project Management, Sales Enablement and Strategy Development experience.
  • Strong understanding of budget management, driving innovation, change management & guiding teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing, sales, and sales operations.
  • Prior experience working in a cross-functional business.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
  • Strong CRM management experience.
