Role
You will work in a small team here in Australia and will be given full autonomy in your role. You must be self-motivated, harness strong entrepreneurial traits, have a growth mindset and driven to succeed.
You will play such a crucial role in the team as your daily input and responsibilities ensure the business runs smoothly and effectively. They are growing, so you will be growing with the business and look to implement better ways of working, processes and streamline operations. You’ll thrive by embracing the mindset of efficiency over effort
Your pivotal role in this team will be responsible for maintaining the daily accounting, administrative and personnel services to meet legislative requirements and support local and overseas operations. Also, you will be overseeing the online ordering portal and its activities and updates.
You will assist with the preparation of accounts, maintaining invoicing records and accounts payables, personnel administration, purchasing, and managing office operations. Due to the nature of this industry, you will work within local policies and procedures.

We would love for you to have the following:
- A Business/Accounting background is highly desirable but not essential.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceuticals industry or similar product-profile company, operations or supply chain, hospital administration, pharmacy assistance/admin, or other administration/accounts backgrounds is highly desirable.
- Previous experience working within a company moving freight around the country, supply wholesalers and customer service is highly desirable.
- Previous experience launching OTC products within pharmacy chains.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of product portfolio.
- Good understanding of the Australian healthcare system and Regulations.
