Company
Our client is a privately owned, high-end kitchen products supplier that has renowned product ranges and has established itself as an industry leader. Their aim is to become the one-stop-shop for the trade in all kitchen related products.
Role
Reporting to the VIC State Manager your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Loading and unloading trucks, order picking, wrapping products, packing, labeling, shipping and receiving.
- Overseeing one Warehouse operative team member
- Performing preventive maintenance (PMs) on forklift such as, checking fluid levels, recharging Forklift.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks.
- Customer pick-ups (prioritize orders, customer requests, ensure orders are complete and available on time, assist customer to load products).
Skills & Experience
We are seeking applicants who can demonstrate the following skills and experience
- Ability to accurately pick paper based Orders
- Experience working at heights and with overhead gantry cranes
- SAP experience is highly desired
- Experienced and Licensed Forklift driver
- Excellent work ethic and punctuality
- Experience working in a warehouse environment
- Exposure with large format building products is highly desired
- Excellent written and spoken English
